Okay, that's what I thought. Now that the computer does it, there is no reason to alphabetize them anyway (or rather, the gain in processing speed is likely negligible).

Yes, still true. They give us an estimate, which is super low, of quota. Then they just pull from our ranked list when they try out different scenarios and end up with a higher quota.

Seconding this. They give you the lowest possible quota number from the quota range (so if they're estimating 10-14, they'll tell you to make your A list 10 women) and will just expand the A list into your B list if it winds up being higher.

Congrats to your daughter! My cousins were active Theta's at FSU in the late 80's. It's such a great chapter!
