Police to Arrest 10 in LSU Phi Delta Theta Death

Ten people will be arrested on hazing charges in the death of a Louisiana State University fraternity pledge after a night of drinking. One of the 10 suspects — Matthew Alexander Naquin, 19, of Boerne, Texas — also faces a negligent homicide charge in the death last month of 18-year-old Maxwell Gruver, a freshman from Roswell, Georgia.

According to Wikipedia .40-.50 is possibility of Death, above .50 is High possibility of Death. I believe that there are a *few* people who have survived over .5 BAC, but that's Russian Roulette with 5 bullets.
