I have a few favorites besides of course my beautiful AOII badge!

ZTA! Love this one on HJ Greek!

GPhiB! So pretty with pearls and emeralds!

Alpha Xi Delta...love the emeralds and pearls (I love emeralds in case y'all are wondering!)

Can't leave out KD's gorgeous badge with emerald points!

I know I've seen a KKG key and a Theta badge with emeralds before...just can't find a picture.

But these are all ones I would have to have!!!

So, OleMissGlitter, if AOII would let you get an emerald badge…

I haven't been able to figure out how to screen capture it yet, but Sigma Kappa is coming out with a pearl and emerald limited edition badge next year. I'm not sure how I feel about it with the maroon enamel, but it's almost a deep plum in the new badges, so it might work.

....to figure out how to get that image....

OK, I feel like a traitor, leaving Badge Trends to come here, but it's like a siren song...just don't tell thetygerlily, please.

My answer: obviously, any badge with opals. But the old kind of fire opals, not the new ones. Has to be those old ones. Yup.

Then again, there's no badge that doesn't look amazing with diamonds.

I've seen the AXiD emerald and pearl badge. It's very pretty; very, very pretty.

Is it in a video and/or what operating system do you use? If it's in a video, VLC player plays almost any format and has screen-capture functions…if you're on Windows, Print Screen is your friend…and for Mac, Command+Shift+3 is full-screen capture, while Command+Shift+4 would allow you to select a certain area.

Obviously, I'd really like to see this badge, too.

I'm gonna do like some have done and do the groups that were at my school first (but I do plan to do a few of the others, as well).

Alpha Delta Pi—

I screencapped the yellow gold Amethyst badge from the brochure I found while Googling pictures of badges a few nights ago. I'd like to think this badge would appeal to any of the sisters of the Zeta Eta chapter…what with our school colors being Purple and Gold and all—aside from that, I just think the amethysts look especially pretty with the yellow gold. (I'm also jealous of the fact that ADPi's official jewelry includes stickpin chapter guards. Even the HJ pictures of those are gorgeous.) My second choice would be the 160th anniversary turquoise—either of them.

Alpha Gamma Delta—

Not as many options for AGD badges, but of what there is, I'd have to stick with the crown pearl badge.

Phi Mu—

…only instead of the Garnets that are a part of this badge, I think Amethysts would look amazing. And they are an option, for any Phi Mu that agrees.

Zeta Tau Alpha—

Pearls with sapphire points wound up being my favorite of the current options. I like the old turquoise and opal (and combinations including one or the other) badges, too.

Emerald SK Option

I'm not sure that this really fits in this thread because I am a Sigma Kappa, and this isn't my dream badge. Sorry for the poor quality pixelated jewelry brochure image capture.

Though the image shows a very reddish/ magenta enamel, that isn't what HJ is making currently. My badge received in the last few weeks shown below (and form what I've heard from others) is a deeper more purple maroon which might compliment the emeralds well.

Delta Theta Tau is a non-collegiate philanthropic sorority primarily in Indiana. I love their pledge pin.

Lambda Tau Upsilon Christian Sorority's badge is beautiful with pearls and rubies.

Sigma Alpha Agricultural Sorority--Green has always been my favorite color.

And, again, Theta Phi Alpha because it's just so pretty to me:

Beta Theta Pi mesmerizes me:

I prefer Lambda Chi Alpha with amethysts.

I love the Phi Delta Theta sword.

And, Theta Chi with just a few rubies.

I don't like to mix gold and silver jewelry, so I really like the Gamma Phi two-tone badge, which goes with either one. Plus it always looks amazingly shiny, at least in pictures.

I love my Alpha Delta Pi badge, but really like Delta Gamma's, too. Next would be Sigma Kappa's and Chi Omega's. Alpha Epsilon Phi and Delta Delta Delta also have lovely badges.

I'm not a huge fan of blinged out badges... in general, I like things simple and subtle. Because of that, if I had to choose a different org based on (plain) badges alone, I'd have to go with Delta Gamma (of course as an AST, I have a thing for anchors) or Kappa Alpha Theta... I love the kite shape and the simple design.

I love my GPB badge so it's hard to picture anything else.

When I was a little girl, I loved holding my mom's AXiD quill and never understood why she wouldn't let me try it on. (I purposely picked my GPB badge/guard with crown pearls to match my mom's badge since I chose not to pledge AXiD - that way we at least "match"... always fun when we attend each other's mother/daughter teas!)

I love Pi Phi's arrow. It's beautiful and I love all the variations they have available.

I've also always liked KKG's key.

That's a fair enough response. I think emeralds would look lovely on y'all's badge, myself…especially on the yellow gold. And if they ever decided to add another jewel option, emerald could be for the leaves/stem of the rose.
