I just started reading again, so in the past month I've read:

EDJ
"Sister, Sister"
"Naughty or Nice"

Zane
"The Sisters of APF"
"The Heat Seekers"
"Shame on it All"

Omar Tyree
"Flyy Girl"

James Patterson
"Pop Goes the Weasel"

I'll be going through this post to find more books to read because I'll be heading back to the bookstore this week!

Was I? I will definitely lead a discussion on this one. EJD makes me want to go read all his books again to figure put all the interconnections that the characters have. I love reading his novels!

...give me a week or 2 to read Chasing Destiny, then I will sit in the front row of your book discussion as a willing participant.

(p.s. I hope EJD is back from his "dark" phase because his last coupla joints have been like whoa, bruh.....)

It's not as dark as Genevieve. But I don't want to spoil anything for you. Enjoy and let me know.

Angry I WAS reading.....

"Your Best Life Now" by Joel Osteen.

[RANT] My friend let me borrow the book, she had basically thrown the dayum thing at me and told me to read it. Being that I'm currently taking real estate classes and hadn't had much time to read it, she barked on me saying that I shoulda finished it by now and demanded it back (this was a week after she gave me the book; she said she needed it to give her inspiration). So when she demanded it back, I'm glad I had the book in my bag when I went to visit her, so when the STANK WENCH went to sleep, I dropped it on her glass dining room table and didn't think twice about it. I woulda thrown it at her, but she's not even worth a second thought at this point. [/RANT]

So when I have time to go to the library (after I complete my real estate courses) I'll be able to fully enjoy the book.

This is my 2900th post!!!!

Skee, I really enjoyed "He's Just Not Into You". One of the co-authors came out with another book about relationships. I think it's called "It's Broke Because It's Broken"

Don't tell anyone in General Fourms this, but today I just finished reading Pledged. Lawd.....

I am now reading Open Wide The Freedom Gates by Soror (and Past National President) Dorothy Height.

I am also waiting the arrival of E. Lynn's new book!

Chasing Destiny -- EJD
Just bought this on Friday, I hope it's good!

I've been on a EDJ binge. I've read 'Friends and Lovers', 'Between Lovers', and 'The Other Woman' in the past two weeks.

The Ant and the Elephant - by Vince Poscente its a very good book...if you are a leader I would recommend this book to anyone. It illustrates a story between an ant and a elephant and moving past negative thinking.
