The following link is about a film being produced about the relationship between Dr. Edmund Gordon (psychologist, scholar, minister, and professor emeritus at both Columbia Univ. and Yale Univ.) and Charles White, one of the greatest American artists this country has produced. Founder Frank Coleman was his physics professor at Howard, and he knew all the Founders of Omega Psi Phi. Dr Gordon (Alpha Chapter, '40, Howard Univ.) also served as Basileus (President) of Alpha Chapter, during which time the chapter was suspended, as he tells the story. Dr. Gordon, who is still a working scholar, is the Chairman of the eponymous Gordon Commission, a blue ribbon commission on the future of educational testing;he also happens to be the oldest member of my present graduate chapter of Omega Psi Phi, and holds the title of Basileus Emeritus.
