That was one amazing game! I love the Lakers, so I've been cheering for them all along, and lately I've felt like the only Lakers fan in the world -- everyone has been hating on them constantly. I can't wait to see them destroy the Nets.

It was cool to watch the lakers win. Unlike baseball and hockey, there is a salary cap so every team has a chance yet the lakers are still dominating.

Get that diesel working

This series made me nervous, but I am so happy that the Lakers pulled this out. I credit a lot of this to the Daddy, who gave 380 pounds of effort, sweat, and hustle, scoring 76 points in the last two games, rebounding, blocking shots and being a strong force.
Sorry, "Floppy Divac" won't cut it.

And Mayce Edward Christopher Webber III is no franchise player. Franchise players do not disappear at the end of games and in overtime. Mike Bibby is that team's leader.

You did your reseach! Shaq wieghts almost 400lbs. They will probably run through the Nets. All they have is Jason Kidd.

The Sporting News ran an article quoting a scout saying that Diesel weighed in around 382 pounds prior to the playoffs.

The Nets may be able to pull out a game out or two. Jason Kidd elevates a team. But there is no way that Todd MacCulloch or other centres that the Pisacataway folx come up with can contain Shaquille.

Steelstrap, you are so right. Did you see him when he flopped down in the 4th quarter I believe it was, for no apparent reason and then when he realized no one hit him, he tried to grab his face like he was hurt. DRAMA!!!

The Kings could have won if they:
*had a center who played basketball instead of an overgrown, floppin' actor
*had one more player other than Bibby who wanted to win
*actually made use of homecourt
*had 400lbs that were as dynamic as Shaq
*traded Vlade for Horry
*got rid of the dang cowbells
*found a way to get C-webb to EARN his salary
*made free throws
*got rid of Vlade
*could maintain 20-pt leads
*benched Vlade
*poisoned Kobe again
*heck, just cut Vlade, anything to get him off the court.

As it is, the team that wanted to win won the game. Think the Nets have a chance?

If the Lakers do win...Mark Madsen CANNOT DANCE at the victory celebration!!! He is bad for all white boy dancers everywhere!!! If you have ever seen him try to dance, you know what I am talking about! It's a miracle that he is even on that team! I mean, I like the guy because he is from Stanford, but please...

Say "no" to Mark Madsen!

Yes, yes, phikappapsiman, no Mark Madsen dancing. He contributes to the stereotype! LOL!

The real question is..... If Sacramento would have won, would have Mateen Cleaves won the series mvp award?

Talking LAKERS!!!!!

The series was a good one! And this last game, AWESOME! Anyway, it's all about the Lakers!

L. A. Baby!

I hope I can make it home for the Victory Parade after the Lakers win their 3rd straight Championship!
