What about a play on words with "chosen" as it can relate to bids, selectivity, and the Jewish heritage of the fraternity.
I giggled at the other one, I'll admit it.

The AEPi chapter at my school had shirts that said "We put the Brew in Hebrew" with a picture of a beer. They had another MORE suggestive shirt the quarter after that, but I don't remember what it said.

I like VandalSquirrel's suggestion. You could do: "AEPi: UNIVERSITY's Chosen People".
The problem with the "Bigger, Longer and...CUT" example is that even though its funny and clever if your fraternity isn't the athletic "big man on campus" fraternity it will likely come off as awkward. I think the Chosen People idea will be witty to everybody no matter what type of fraternity you are.

slogans we have done in the past:
With Miller High Life Logo Spoof: Become a Pi Life Man (or maybe it was "Live the Pi Life"
This year: "AEPi: A Cut Above The Rest" with a cartoony image of a moile standing over a baby sitting on a table with the CofA.
Next year: "Get Rich or AEPi Tryin' "
Ones I've heard about:
Do the Jew (with mountain dew spoof)
Jesus Saves, Moses Invests
Making Mothers Proud since 1913 (or your chapter's founding year)

Oh no, trust me I understand the innuendo, and the point still stands. A chapter walking around with that type of phrase on their t-shirts when their average member looks like Urkel is going to come off as very awkward. Just like when guys wear those t-shirts with "The man, the legend" with an arrow pointing to their "area" and girls crack up because the guy is 5'4" and acne-ridden. It just doesn't impress anyone.
