Delta Tau Delta has closed its colony at the University of Maryland. Closure is due to lack of progress by the colony to fulfill requirements to acquire chapter status.

I'm curious how the housing dynamic will affect a colonization. Currently three chapters are housed and four are not. Is it a foregone conclusion that the new chapter would be unhoused based on the current situation?

At Stanford all housing is owned by the University. Greek housing has been decided by the percentage of students that were Greek. I do not know if this is still the policy. I would think that since the number of women joining sororities has increased that the number of Greeks would be higher and the University would designate one or two more houses to be Greek, but that is about all that I currently know.

Lane Sig,
I didn't see colonization info for KD's Centre College Iota chapter
re-colonization. I didn't really see a group picture but in the one I did see it was 35ish. West Chester also colonized in late September with 95ish, again counting heads That is our Theta Omicron chapter. Thanks again for keeping up with all this.

Thanks for sharing! I really want our Mu chapter recolonized! We're sooooo close on having all possible single letter chapters active!
