Fleur de lis? (sp?)

Because in France it is only fleur de lys and I guess I've never thought it could be spelled otherwise....

Both Fleur de Lys and Fleur de Lis are correct, and it's typically associated with French things....

For our American friends, the Fleur de Lis is featured on the provincial flag of Quebec:
