I read your other posts, and I may be wrong but that's what it sounds like your dog has. Do you know what botflies are? Warbles are caused by the botfly when it burrows into your dog's skin. I've seen two of them removed. Usually they target rodents, but a dog or a cat will do as long as it's rent free. In your case though, if your dog does have a warble (which based on your post I think he does) it got there either through your dog's mouth or his nose. The worms are very small, but they attach themselves to your dog or cat's skin and when he/she licks himself/herself, they enter the body that way. It then migrates to a location just beneath the skin, usually on the neck or chest. You said it was in your dog's chest..right? That particular area will begin to swell, getting bigger and bigger as the worm grows. You said it was getting bigger, right? I should have asked you how big it was. If it's more than half an inch, then yeah, there's a warble living in your dog rent free. Either that or he has a small cyst. The reason why I asked you if it was hard or soft because if it's soft, that means fluid has built up. Like I was saying earlier, look to see if there's a hole in the center. That's a breathing hole. It will usually leak fluid. The worm will usually stay in your dog for about a month before it decides to leave. You may see it when it does. It's brownish in color with small prickly projections. The warble itself won't bother your dog once it leaves, but what concerns me is the cyst could become infected if you don't get your dog to a vet. Also, if you do see that there is a hole in the center, don't try to squeeze it out yourself. I've seen people try this before. Doing this will just crush the worm and then it can cause a life threatening allergic reaction. I know you don't want to spend the money, but the vet will surgically remove it. Sorry so long, but please take him to your vet. If he does have a warble, your vet will also tell you how to keep the wound clean.

STUPID EFFING CAT! Why can't you just pee in the litter box? I keep it clean. It's the same litter we've used all your life. The vet says you're not sick. I've cleaned the whole area with every Nature's Miracle-type chemical imaginable. What is it about the BowFlex that makes you want to pee on/around it?

To my former boyfriend's now-girlfriend:

1986 called. It wants your pouffy-assed, frosted tipped, overly-bleached blond hair back.

Oh, and I'd rather be my age and look 10 years younger (example: me) than be younger and look 47 (example: you).

I'm not bitter.

We're having the same trouble with one of our Persians. Our vet says she's fine, we keep the litterboxes nice and clean and she still wants to go right next to them. The vet said Persians tend to litterbox untrain themselves.

I understand that we hired you to put a new roof on. Now, I'd like you to stop- if only to stop the incessant banging that has been going on since 7:30 this morning.

I don't want to go back! I know this term is going to be better, but after the last one where my hair/nails didn't survive... I don't want to go back, but thank goodness for the sisters I finally get to see!
