Ugh...so, our car died, so we had to come to my husband's sister's apartment to stay the night so that she can take him to work in the morning. And I haven't had the internet at my domicile since, well, September when we moved there...so of course I had to get on their computer and scratch the itch. And I just started bartending, so this isn't actually all that late for me. I have to work tomorrow night from 4 p.m. to 3 a.m. so this is good prep work.

I've been sick for the last two days with that nasty bug going around. So, I slept the past two days away and now that I'm feeling better, I can't seem to fall asleep.

Can't fall asleep yet
Still pissed that I came back to this freezing weather.....Gosh Florida is truly nice this time of year....

I found that L-tryptophan is now sold on the market. It really helps you. Or drink Chamomile tea with honey.

You said you cannot go to sleep. Since you know what L-tryptophan does, then you should try to get it to help you sleep... I ASSumed that you know it is not a drug, but an amino acid that is thought to have feedback regulation in the seratonin system in the brain. It is the same thing in Turkey...
Also Chamomile tea has long been used to aid in sleep. It is an herb. I ASSumed you knew that kind of pharmacopoeia or homeopathy.
Guess I was wrong. You want milligram amounts?

I can't get to sleep yet. My husband's on weekend Reserve duty and I have a hard time sleeping when he's not here.
