It's not true. I'll admit to being a Duggar "fan" and a follower of the website Freejinger.org so I know way too much about this family.
Unfortunately (like total let down) the story isn't true. It's from a fake/satire blog.
While we're on the topic.
Love this picture of the 2 of them, they look like young happy love and just so open compared to how modest they've always been.
The photo below however just makes me feel like I need eye bleach. It's not cute or romantic, but more importantly it steals the spotlight from their kids. It always has to be about Jim Bob and Michelle first.

In Judaism, there is a tradition where a newly married couple spends a short period of time secluded in a room by themselves. Back in the day, that is when the marriage would be consummated. Nowadays, it's more of a chance for the couple to spend their first few minutes as a married couple, alone, not inundated by guests. My husband and I pretty much sat there and said, "Holy shit, we're married!"  We were in a classroom in the synagogue's school - can you imagine consummating your marriage in a classroom?

That kissing picture I posted, they made a post on their official page asking for other pictures of married couples kissing (cause ya know only married people can kiss) So naturally the Internet does what it does best and floods the fb post with pictures of homosexual couples kissing. They deleted all of them and basically swept it under the rug.
How people continue to think this is a loving Christian family makes as much sense as a 20 yr old believing in Santa.
