Two of the fraternities on my campus have a rivalry that's gotten a little out of hand, in my opinion... especially since it's based on actual dislike of one another, not just pranks. Some of the stuff is kind of funny, though... one spray-painted the railings in front of the other's house bright pink, and a few years ago one threw a giant, cooked ham through the other's picture window (which would have been funnier if the window didn't cost a LOT to replace and the rival fraternity refused to own up to it). This year, pledges from one fraternity went into an open party at the other's house, snuck into the chapter room and stole some important stuff - nothing with ritual, but some nice awards and stuff. It was returned in fine condition, but in my opinion it went over the line and it definitely worsened relations between the two.

What the deuce? And yes, cost notwithstanding, it does seem kind of hilarious in an obscure random sort of way.

New fraternity houses at U of Georgia -- Athens Banner Herald site has article with some pics:
http://www.onlineathens.com/stories/...84294907.shtml
From the article it appears that the new houses are for Pi Kappa Alpha, Tau Epsilon Phi, Pi Kappa Phi and Sigma Nu. Is that right, UGA folks?

Univ of West Georgia officially opened its Greek Village today. Unfortunately, my camera had a defunct battery.
The AGD house is gorgeous of course, lol. I toured the Phi Mu and Alpha Xi Delta houses; they are amazing as well.
I heard that the Kappa Sigmas went all out in decorating their house.

You need to see the Arkansas KE house from the top to see how big it really is.

I'm looking for little holes in brick wall at the bottom and cannons poking out of them.
