Active Duty Navy seeking information

Good afternoon. I am currently serving on active duty in Naples, Italy. I have earned my Associates Degree with Coastline Community College and will be persuing my BA in Criminal Justice through UMUC (University of Maryland University College). My question.. Are there any opportunities for active duty members to join Fraternal Organizations while stationed overseas?

Thank you.

In terms of a traditional, NIC (IFC) fraternity, you can only rush/join if you are on the campus and currently enrolled.

As for other fraternal organizations, I have no idea.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't UMUC pretty much all based online?
