Okay, Mr. Regional Director-
If there are 8 servers on the clock and each server has a 5 table station. And 3 servers are white and 5 are Hispanic. And the 3 hostesses are all Hispanic. And the 5 Hispanic servers all have every table in their sections occupied within 45 minutes. And the 3 white servers have a grand total of 4 occupied tables between them. And this has been going on for 2 months. How is this all in our minds?

The girl from Bell South Advertising called this morning and asked to speak to me (I handle our ad in the paper/internet). I told her NO THANK YOU (politely) to upgrading our ad. After about 4 times of repeating NO THANK YOU, she finally got it.
Sooooo...she just called back and asked to speak to the Owner. The owner is gone until Thurs. and I told her that and asked to take a message. She said it was BellSouth Advertising, and I told her that I handle the account and I could help her...she asked my name and I told her (and I could just hear it click in her mind). She tried into the same spiel as this morning, and I told her that I had already told her NO. She said that she would have to speak with the owner. I told her that we had already deliberated extensively on our advertising, and we want to keep what we have (true story - we spent over an hour researching, etc...). She told me that she had to hear it from the owner, and she would call back Thurs.
GOOD LUCK GETTING THROUGH TO HER, BITCH. YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH ME FIRST!!!
