That sounds yummy! I had lentil soup yesterday, since Jim isn't here to complain about it!

I'm trying to decide between Lean Cuisine and a chicken breast with baked potato & green beans...

It was not. It was surprisingly bland. Even the andouille sausage was bland. At first I thought that the 2 different antibiotics I have been on(one after the other) for a sinus/ear infection had messed up my taste buds (just finished antibiotic #2 yesterday), but my husband said the dish was bland. Sigh.

Me! Me!!! Even though I am teaching from home. I guess because I no longer commute to work I feel I have the time to cook.

Last night stuffed turkey "meat" loaf, green beans, and baked potatoes.
