Again,(LOVE) boiled shrimp and potato! What is not to love?

Got pork roast out thawing for tomorrow with tater and baby carrots!!

Something leftover from the refrigerator. Maybe french toast and bacon, maybe pork roast. When I get home, it will be waiting...

ETA: Ended up eating light by fixing microwave oatmeal with shredded sharp cheddar cheese, raisins and sauerkraut.
