College/University Presidents Acknowledge Public Perceptions of Elitism (Politico)

I found this article an interesting read given the times (new tax law, fraternity issues in the news).

Fraternities obviously suffer the same or similar perceptions - and I'm not sure much of what our governing organizations do helps us climb out from that perception, but it's an interesting read nonetheless.

Also, Gordon Gee for the win. Briefly shook his hand and knew then that he was my favorite university president ever.
