[QUOTE=FSUZeta;2431718]Anxious to hear what you think of your oilless fryer, Tom.

FSUZeta, it looks a heck of a lot easier as seen on the blurb on T V!!!!.

I find it a bit daunting with what the instructions list on preparation. Actually, it scares the hell out of me!

Even the dinner preps are something I would probably not fix foe myself. The first step is to cure the basket for 20 min. of heat to burn off the gunky stuff!

So, I guess I must man up and do it!!!

I want to hear about the fryer, too, Tom!

We're having leftovers from steak and yams yesterday.

Since this time of year is so busy for me, I broke down and purchased meals from a local meal service. I was really pleased with my week's purchases, will definitely order again. I have five portions of cajun pulled chicken, grilled asparagus and baked potatoes with cheese and parsley.

I made Ree Drummond's Kung Pao chicken tonight and it was DELICIOUS! Definitely adding it to the dinner rotation.

Dinner Surprise (not home quite yet) most likely brats grilled outdoors, as it's the first really hot day of the year here. Potato chips and dill pickles, anyone?

I actually made meatloaf, mashed potatoes & veggie last night. I was planning on leftover tonight, but DH's team (he's a SID) is winning the last game of their tournament 17-3, so I think we'll be celebrating!
