I went through and double checked that information to see what was up... looks like I got it from the Alpha Sigma Alpha HQ FB page. They specified that it was their Epsilon Phi chapter at Indiana University.

Yes, I believe so. They were a relatively recent colonization so I figured they were through fall COB.

Oh ok. That makes sense. For some reason I thought IU didn't do COB (as in they weren't allowed to).

An IU source mentioned that the unhoused chapters (or maybe just a couple of them) were doing COB. Something about without housing, they don't really have a ceiling on how many members like most of the other chapters.

I saw on various social media outlets that Alpha Xi Delta at Penn State got 67 new members. Also, I'm going to guess that the originally reported 74 as quota was incorrect?

ETA: ok, I guess that's a local. I was thinking it was another school so I googled it and there is an Indira Ghandi University.
