With the exception of Venus and Jupiter, I wasn't able to see any planets tonight, just stars. I was hoping to see wobbling, but none of that either. It's weird seeing Jupiter no longer wearing its belt.

It isn't the foods themselves that are the problem. Baby is getting bigger and pushing your stomach up so the food gets pushed up the esophagus and you get heartburn. I had it something terrible with my son. Not so much with my daughter. You will begin to carry Tums everywhere. I advise eating smaller quantities but eating more frequently. You don't have room in there for a full tummy and a baby too. You won't want to lay down after eating. Standing up more after a meal helped me.

I have to get up in like 6 hours for work. Thank God it's only a 4 hour day. What's going to be hard is getting through the day without thinking of GC. I hope one of my clients tells a joke tomorrow so it can look as though I'm laughing at the joke and not GC.
Goodnight everyone.

There are too many smilies flying around here lately - I can deal with one or two a post, but when it's one at the end of every sentence, it begins to be irritating.

Just got back from fishing, and the Farmers Market. I love fishing, but I hate cleaning them. We caught a lot.

I went to my gynecologist yesterday for the annual poke-and-prod. I've never had a problem before with anyone in her main office - all the nurses and office staff are professional, kind, and understanding of the fact that the last thing a woman wants to go in for is the annual poke-and-prod.
Unfortunately, I had to go to her satellite office this time. And the receptionist was a megabitch.
Me: Hi, I have an appointment with Dr. <name>.
Her: Mumble mumble mumble?
Me: Excuse me?
Her: <screaming> NAME!!!!
Me: aephi alum.
Her: Mumble mumble mumble?
Me: What?
Her: Mumble mumble mumble?
Me: Whatsis whosit?
Her: <screaming> ARE. YOU. STILL. WITH. <INSURANCE COMPANY>
Me: Yes.
Her: You don't have insurance.
Me: What?! I damn well have insurance, let me get my card.
Her: Don't you disrespect me.
Me: You just called me a liar!
I related the conversation to the nurse.
If their scheduling department EVER tries to book me into the satellite office again, I will tell them to find another date at the main facility.
Receptionists should be articulate, be polite, and remove the marbles from their mouths before speaking with patients. I've been a patient of this doctor for years, and she's excellent, and I'd recommend her to anybody - but if this had been my first experience with her, it would've been my last.

Didn't want to put this in the "Prayers..." thread, but...
My car has been parked for a few months and I FINALLY got around to getting it sent to the shop. I need all of GC's good vibes, as I don't want it to be anything serious lol

Full time acting job audition tonight, job interview Wednesday for a "real" full time job (which I was told that judging by my resumé I'm a perfect fit by the top HR person), and audition on Saturday for a seasonal acting job.
STRESSED TO THE MAX!!!
