TX State graduation! N.b. - those tone on tone stoles are impossible to read - I saw a great many stoles which obviously had something written on them but I couldn't tell what. I did see Alpha Xi Delta, Zeta Tau Alpha, Pi Kappa Alpha and Gamma Sigma Sigma stoles. Passed the A D Pi house on my way to Palmer's.

Somewhere I didn't expect is Greek Letters on a throwback (late 1970's-type) lightly-lined snap-up-front windbreaker. Are these coming back into style? It was a new jacket on a college-age student, in the sorority color, with 7" high white greek letters on jacket back.

The guest speaker at my graduation was announced as a sister of Sigma Alpha
This weekend in Kingsport I saw a Sigma Kappa license plate frame at a local bank, a Sigma Kappa bumper sticker at Walgreen's, and an Alpha Xi Gamma sticker on a car at the mall.

Alpha Chi Omega day - 2 (looked like biological) sisters from A & M
1 - student waiting for the professor teaching next to me.
Gamma Phi Beta - hooray! - student at my school - but her letters were on the back of her jacket so by the time I realized she was a sister it was too late to talk to her.
Sigma Phi Epsilon - Ole Miss - student waiting for the professor teaching next to me.
Alpha Phi - car decal near my house.

Was driving behind a car with a DPhiE license plate holder the other evening. Judging from the dragon decal on the back window, I'm guessing the woman was from the Drexel chapter.

Drove to my aunts house today in ponte vedra fl and got lost. Turned around in a driveway that had a "ZTA" on the back of the car window.

I taped on my DVR the first episode of "Around the World in 80 Plates" and in the first episode they have to run around to pubs in London to taste local pub food and drinks. In one scene they show one of the chef's drinking a yard of beer, and in the confessional he says "thank you Kappa Phi Delta".
Never heard of it of this one.

I almost forgot this...
I was running the Pittsburgh Marathon two weeks ago, and around Mile 19 a woman runs up to me and goes, "TRACEY!"
"Hi!"
"You were in TD!"
"Yep!"
"I was in TEM"
and she keeps going.
Yeah, Otterbein grads are awesome. Did I also mention I had no letters/colors/anything identifying myself as such?

While I was on vacation in Gulf Shores Alabama by best friend and I decided to go shopping at a huge outlet mall. It was raining so I put on a baseball hat that has the greek letters Delta Gamma on the front. As we were shopping I noticed a guy wearing a maroon shirt from Texas A&M that had DG outlined by the state of Texas on the back. When he looked at me I noticed it was a recruitment shirt from 2012. I thought how funny it was that I saw my letters on a guy, instead of another DG.

A Kappa Sigma was out waiter at Cannon's Brew Pub in Columbus Ga, Sat. I figure that he goes to Columbus State since the school is scattered around downtown.
