I'm the red one.  Ugh studying for my last exam Tuesday. Yesterday, I managed to interpret an MMPI, do research for my presentation, and finish an extra credit paper. I sat in that library almost until closing. But tonight I'm going dancing with my friends! FINALLY!! I've been dying to go dancing and when I was healed enough that I could, I didn't have time! Since the exam isn't til Tuesday, I am allowing myself one night of fun. But I'll be studying until we go (which won't be for a few hours).

My 17 yr old daughter was involved in a car accident Thursday night.
God works in his own ways.
She drives a little car. She was driving behind a big ole' pick up truck. They were traveling southbound on a six lane road & suddenly a big towncar was traveling north in their lane. The truck slammed on his brakes -- my daughter seeing the break lights, I believe did not understand he was SLAMMING his breaks -- she ended up sliding under his back-end.
The car ended up with damage....but I truly believe God put that big ole' pickup truck in front of her on that road.
Of course, the wrong way car swerved avoiding the pick up & left the scene.
The guy she rear-ended was a "Dad" & took care of her until we arrived & then made it clear to the police how the accident happened.
The police officer didn't even site my daughter due to the situation that caused the accident.
I could have been spending the last few days in a hospital room. I am so overwhelmed with Thankfulness!!

^^^Angels watching out for her.
My good deed seems to pale in comparison.
We were standing in line at the theatre concession stand. 2 teen girls were trying to figure out how to stretch their money to get a small popcorn and small drink ($10.50!!). So, I turned and said "Happy Valentine's Day" and gave them $5. Made us all happy.
(This Means War! was awesome! Hubby said it wasn't a chick flick, it wan an action movie!)

Apparently taking a week of vacation (scheduled a month in advance AND while there was too-much-to-explain going on with my family) after 2 years means I have no work ethic.
Bless that co-worker's heart when I come back on Monday.

I got a burn during my nap.  It's not bad but my computer charger got so hot that it burned me when my calf touched it. I woke up yelping like a puppy. It was too hot to even hold in my fingers while I unplugged it (I was trying to unplug the blocky part as well as the part in the outlet). So weird and a rude awakening to boot!

That would truly be awesome. Truly. I'm 3 pages into the 10 page paper, but I think it will start to go faster soon. I do have most of the resource materials pulled together that I'll need. I have the outline for the paper. That's usually the longest part.

Today was the first day I had moved my car since then.
Hubby found the tag receipt folded up on the garage floor.
Next year we WILL do online renewals! (Didn't this year b/c I didn't want a $35 special tag.)

I just remembered, tomorrow is radiography day -sooooooooooo very long, and boring. At least I know I won't be eating on the go.
