I don't see why y'all are clowning the organization's name. The organization seems legit. It's not as if she's coming on here talking about creating an entirely new GLO with those letters...
I'm more concerned that this person's first instinct was to ask strangers about organizational procedure.

I'm very proud of my letters. Never thought that just because it resembled HOT it would be that much of a deal? But if you feel that way alright.  i love my letters.

There's nothing wrong with your letters.
You really need to ask your more senior members about your original question, though. There's absolutely no way for us to know expansion procedures for your GLO.
