Hey all! Yet another recruitment story :]

Hey everyone!
Bid Night was last night and I wrote as I went through the recruitment process.

I'm from a college where Greek life isn't that big.
I had heard numerous things about each sorority. However, I had yet to meet the women of the sororities and refuse to allow gossip to affect my thoughts. I was not going into recruitment with any preconceived notions. I found it ridiculous, amusing but also irritating that people can begin to believe a stereotype of a whole sorority.

It was the day before recruitment. I was rather nervous. Everyone that I had talked to was feeling the same way which caused me to feel slightly better (but also guilty that other people's nerves made me feel more at ease). It's not easy to put yourself out there. It's a completely new venue.


There are four NPC organizations at my university. I'm sure that each has wonderful women and I look forward to meeting them.

The four NPC organizations on my campus (in alphabetical order) are:

Alpha Chi Omega
Alpha Sigma Alpha
Kappa Kappa Gamma
Phi Sigma Sigma
