I am in charge of overseeing all of my chapters programs. I would really like to create a program evaluation form in order to determine which programs were really great and which ones flopped (in a positive and constructive manner). My chapter has never had these before and I've tried searching on the internet for a good example evaluations for sororities, greek life, and just in general with no luck. If someone could give me some advice or show me an example of what their sorority/fraternity does that would be really helpful. Thanks a bunch!!!
