I only watched a couple of episodes of this show (I've watched about 2 episodes from this season, like 1 for the other seasons), but for some reason I watched the entire episode of the latest season (didn't know what was going to happen), and DAYUM it was good yet disappointing! The thing w/ JT and Idesha. They refuse to acknowledge the sexual tension between them since JT broke up with his girl. So what happens is, their flirting often turns into squabbles or arguments. Because they are ignoring the fact that they want each other, the tension manifests itself in the form of fuel to the ongoing Cali v. V.I. fire/fights.

Krystal and Fallon fuel it too. The fact that Krystal annoys the hell out of the VI kids (the Cali kids too just not as much b/c Krystal annoys everyone) pushes them away making it appear as though there is a seperation. Everyone else, not realizing the true reason just assumes that they are naturally cliqueing up (not that at times they aren't clicquey). And Fallon can be a two-faced instigator at times.

Plus in reality tv houses, there is no radio or tv. Just 1 phone, 2 or 3 computers, and 6-8 peole. They are forced with nothing better to do (outside of school, group activities, clubbing, and going out to eat) to either be all up in other's faces or sleep. Letting people sit and fester like that is a sure fire way to create drama, which is what producers want.

Well as a person who has family from the V.I, I definately can understand where the "V.I" kids are upset . . .some the the complaints like "ewww they just had wraps and bootleg dashikis (sp) they prolly don't even know wat 'The Gap' is " or comments like "I bet a rasta man is gonna jump out an slit my thoat" had me like oh helll naw . . .honestly I wanted to reach through the tv and give her 1 cuff my dam self. The thing is . . for the most part in west indian culture, people are extreamly proud of where they are from and to have a rude person constantly making comments irregaurdless of how others feel (Krystal) to have a someone else cosigning with Krystal on the low and adding her 2 cents (Fallon), and finally having someone say "speak my language b**ch . ." on a daily basis can emotionally wear u donw especially if you were excited initially to share ur island and culture w/ others. The figh was inevitable. I sad that it had to go down like that, but I saw it coming and secretly I wanted Vanessa to trear her up 1 time . . I know childish but still . . . .

I must admit I haven't like Krystal from the start. she really gets on my nerves each and everytime she opens that OC mouth of hers. My thinking was that the Cali kids and the V.I. kids would try and expose both sides to each others culture. I knew it was going to come to a head with Vanessa and Krystal, and that is a shame because I think that even though Krystal did need a beat down, but it was still violence against another person, and Krystal hitting Vanessa in the face with that shoe didnb't help, but I think they both should be sent home if they are going to send people home.

From what I read somewhere else, Rocsi says on 106 & Park that Vanssa is put out of the house but she'll still be on the show.

What is odd to me is why krystal would even want to stay . . .she's been complaining since basically when she got off the plane and everyday since. I'm with you on that one, I would have thought Krystal would have wanted to go back to California. Her mom probably paid BET to keep her there. She even sounded like she had had it with her daughter's complaining attitude when she was talking to her on the phone. Hell, she doesn't sound like she wants her home either. Imagine knowing you raised a child like that???

yeah I couldn't stand that the Cali kids would just disregard EVERYTHING, the Caribbean folks were just tryin to show them where they were from and what they do! And to have Krystal ALWAYS IN THE BACKGROUND COMPLAINING , I was too glad Vanessa went after her! had she not had the shoe in her hand..Krystal wouldn't be here LOL

What they need to have is a "I love NY" / "Real World" town hall meeting style reunion after the shows over . I'm cuious to see what viewers in the audience would have to say to the cast, as well as what the cast would have to say to eachother.

I agree with you. Why come to the Islands and attend school there if you are not there to embrace the culture? I never got that. Krystal has rocked my nerve since day one. I think that Krystal is one big front. Everything is O.C. with her, but she seems more broke to me than anything. I was praying for her to go home. I do not understand why the Cali kids are trying so hard to make this a Cali vs. V.I. issue. I think that they make the U.S. look bad. People already say that we are ungrateful for things we have here and how spoiled we are. Krystal's attitude proves all of that. This is the worst season of College Hill that I've seen so far. Personally, I loved it when it was at Southern.
