One of the things I've noticed about chapters is that they many seem to have a lot of operational issues ranging from finances to risk management. But one of the things people universally seems to struggle with is actually knowing how to use Roberts Rules of Order. Fraternities are very complex organizations, and if most our members don't understand how to run a meeting? How are they supposed to grasp even more arcane risk management polices?
