Praying, Belle! Depression is a scary road, but it sounds like you are aware. Get help before you start spiraling. I've been on that path. You are NOT alone.
AGDee-- he's not ignoring it, luckily. But he's not taking it nearly as seriously as I am. I also know his circulation in general is bad, particularly in his feet. They are always ice cold. Hopefully we'll figure something out quickly!
