Oh, I envy you that! I love sushi, steak tartare, and raw oysters, but I'm immunocompromised, so no raw meat or fish for me until I'm done with the chemo. (When I am cleared for raw meat and fish, I'm going to hit every single oyster bar in New Orleans. And there are a lot of them. LOL)
