That would mean they've been off campus for 13 years. I'm almost certain that they do not own their house any longer. I think the Phi Delts are in it (the Zetas took over what used to be the Phi Delt house in my day.)

And maybe TriSigma did have a right of first refusal. I have no knowledge whatsoever if that is the case or not. That would certainly explain why the different extension procedure this time, however.
