If you have bylaws, codes of conduct, etc. then why don't you go through the procedures that should be detailed there? If there aren't any procedures, your sorority will have to deal with that as a whole.
Do your sisters generally agree with you about the issues with your founder? From
this site, it's hard to tell. It seems like you and your sisters have a lot more to work out than just the issue with one of your founders.
