I would just like to specify that TCU has made no official announcement about Phi Mu coming to campus next fall. From my understanding, Phi Mu is on deck, but their arrival is dependent on administrative approval. I think the university wants one more year of numbers and data before bringing in Phi Mu. I would speculate Fall 2015 is far more likely.
In addition to Marquette, Delta Tau Delta will also be colonizing at California Polytechnic State University, The College of New Jersey, and University of Maryland.
