I am an Alpha Xi Delta alum currently running a first-of-its-kind (Ph.D.) study about managers' beliefs. It would be wonderful if 20 Alpha Xis responded and we were represented in the results.
The Managers' Beliefs About People Survey takes only 5 minutes and select participants will be offered 15-minute follow-up interviews. Participant criteria show below.
· between 25 and 75 years of age;
· able to read fluent English;
· at least five years' total work experience in an organization;
· at least one year of experience as a direct manager (of at least one employee); and
· rated the potential of a direct report (at least once)

Study Information for Prospective Participants
Dear Prospective Participant,
I am a doctoral candidate in Fielding Graduate University’s Organizational Development and Change Ph.D. program. Currently, I am conducting the study for my dissertation research. My research is focused on what managers believe and say about their employees’ ability to grow and change. Ultimately, the aim of the project is to enhance the understanding of perceptions of employee potential.
Your participation is strictly voluntary. Completion of the survey will take approximately five (5) minutes. Select respondents will be invited to participate in a 15-minute follow-up interview.
· between 25 and 75 years of age;
