Hello everyone-

My name is Wesley. My friends and I always wanted to start a greek fraternity when we were in school, but wasn't able to because our schedules prevented the development. However, even though we have completed college ... we still have the vision on starting a local fraternity. I would like to know how do we start? We already have a constitution, and I designed a crest. How do I get a charter? Should or do I need to incorporate our local fraternity? ust to let you know I live in New York.
