Robert Morris University (I made a mistake in their name) has 4 members of the NPC, 5 NPHC chapters, and 8 IFC groups. I don't know how long the NPHC and IFC chapters have been at RMU but, according to irishpipes' thread, the NPC chapters have been there since 1980.
