It also looks like one round is being eliminated and PNMs will go 21-12-3. I hope I am getting correct information.

Talk about a massive drop-off! Recs will be even more important now that the chapters suddenly have to cut huge numbers of girls with fewer chances to meet them. Ranking chapters for the PNMS will be really hard as well...hopefully Panhellenic provides them booklets to write their thoughts in or something to that effect.
