"Some Physicality" (Pi Delta Phi lawsuit)

In regards to the story about Pi Delta Psi being banned from the State of Pennsylvania, there is a quote from the attorney for the Fraternity.

The fraternity's "Crossing Over" initiation rituals "involved some physicality, but they certainly did not involve the level of physicality, the level of inhumanity, and the depravity of the individuals who are also coming before the court," he said.

I'm curious what "some physicality" consists of.

I know an Alpha Phi Omega brother that is in a powered wheelchair that she directs with her feet. I'm pretty sure that she wouldn't have been able to handle "some physicality" in an initiation ritual, so I'm wondering whether she (or a man in the same situation) would be able to join Pi Delta Psi, or other fraternities and sororities.
