DG presented same time as Kappa, but was never announced as a colony so I assume DG lost-out.
AEPhi finally chartered May 25, 2014, so I again assume DG would not be coming onto campus so soon after a chartering.
Tri Delta left CPSLO in 2011, but I am not aware if they have plans to recolonize (or "dibs" over any other NPC group's colonizing).
