Last night it was homemade minestrone soup, made with tomatoes, zucchini, canellini beans, orzo pasta and arugula, with some nice crusty bread on the side.
Tonight it's Emmy night (and I'm also studying like crazy) so it'll probably be a large Wendy's chili, a side salad, and a candy bar.
I get to eat junk once a week - yay!
