Can you rush with no inside contacts as a transfer?
I am going to transfer possibly, and I am wondering if you can show up to a place like Colorado Boulder without knowing anyone and rush. I know some places are exclusive, they have most pledges figured out either during fall semester or during the summer, or you can't get into parties.
