Big/Little really isn't the culminating point of your sorority experience.
Sorry to tell you.
You could get a Big and really hit it off (I did.) Or you could end up hating each other by graduation (that happens too.)
Some of our colonies do the Twins thing, and some will pair an older colony member (Big) with a younger (Little.) Ex: a senior might be chosen to be a Big to a freshman colony member.
Colonies have their own traditions.
You seem really interested in this group, and I think that if you let "omg they don't do Bigs!!!!" change your mind, you may kick yourself later. Especially since you don't even know what kinds of traditions that they DO HAVE.
Another sidenote: if you choose to pursue this group, I really hope you don't go to their info meetings and spend 99% of the time asking about Bigs/Littles.
