Cross cutting

As we used the term, it would only be cross cutting if Pam ended up without a bid - but in the scenario as presented Pam should end up with a bid to B because she is on their first list - she would only be bumped off both lists if enough pnms had listed B first to result in Pam not being offered a bid to B.

I have seen several different definitions of cross-cutting used here, so I'm interested to know how others use the term.

eta - Maybe the term she is looking for is "screwed". HA!
