Arkansas and Ole Miss both have major housing obstacles.
I think another consideration about some schools is that they are starting to run out of sororities. They're
almost to the point where everyone who wants to be there/would do well there/can afford to be there is there already. (Off the top of my head I'm thinking specifically of Indiana, Georgia, and Alabama.)
