I hope that you share that feedback with Panhellenic. Sitting somewhere for that long doesn't seem reasonable. It would seem that women with only 2 parties could be scheduled for one of the last parties of the day, both on the same day.
I could see wanting to drop out of recruitment after days like that, honestly.
