Edinboro University and Theta Chi HQ have “permanently suspended” / “permanently revoked” the charter of the Theta Chi chapter, according to a report on an NBC affiliate's site (above). “Alleged misconduct” is cited, and according to “sources,” the chapter had “a secret Facebook page. “
