I hate the new greek houses that are built by the lowest bid with crappy materials that never hold up to their intentions. The houses settle quickly, are damaged very easily, and are more problems than they're worth. I have no clue what you are talking about here. University owned housing is built by the U so any issues are their program and their loss of value. Where the organization or chapter own the house, they choose the contractor. Did you think there's some national low-ball company that builds them all?
