Alpha Sigma Alpha- University of Missouri-Kansas City (absorbing collegiate chapter of Beta Sigma Phi)

Around the same time that this colonization took place, a well-regarded local sorority at UMKC was
ordered by the administration to go national, become a non-Greek student club, or disband due to risk-management concerns.
According to the linked blog, Beta Sigma Phi, despite being a national, was given a similar ultimatum and chose to affiliate with ASA. Does BSP not have a formal risk-management policy, then (owing, I guess, to the fact that most chapters are noncollegiate)?
