We have a Facilities Management Company, but having them run our facilities is optional for chapters that were chartered prior to its existence.

As more NPC groups have created similar housing management arms, I am curious about the current state of affairs.

Does your NPC group have a facilities management program/company/arm, and if so, are chapters required to utilize their services? Thanks for sharing!
