"For me, there's a man who is tall, dark, and handsome,
the finest of any I know.
He calls me each night, just to tell me he loves me,
And say that he misses me so.
And when we're apart, how I miss his caresses,
I hope that he guesses _____.
So I'll go on believing this love I'm receiving
Will last till the end of time."

I guess it's universal, at least in AGD, because I was in the Indiana U chapter (Beta Delta). Hi, all you Gams! Anyone remember that one phrase?
We had different words:

For me there's a guy
Who is handsome and strongest
Of all of the fellows I know
His smile is so warm and his eyes are a-shining
With love that's for me dear, I know.
And when every night
When shadows are falling
I hear his voice saying tis true
Though the years may us sever
I love him forever
My sweetheart of Alpha Gam.
